JAM CARE is actively keeping aware of developments relating to the continued spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) across the UK. JAM CARE continuously reviews protocols and prepares appropriate responses as the situation evolves. JAM CARE is committed to ensuring all steps are taken to protect the health and wellbeing of all our colleagues and clients.

JAM CARE continues to work closely with Health Authorities and Care Regulators in order to protect colleagues and customers and maintain service delivery.

JAM CARE regularly undertakes planning reviews in preparation for any possible escalation of the outbreak.

Frontline care staff delivering face-to-face regulated activities in England will be required to be double vaccinated from 1st April 2022.  At JAM CARE we actively encourage all of our staff to be fully vaccinated for the safety of themselves, our clients and their families.

At JAM CARE we will continue to provide the highest level of care and support our clients expect during the coronavirus pandemic. We will continue to follow government guidance in the UK to ensure we protect our clients and our staff. There are a number of measures we have taken to ensure we protect our clients, our staff and members of the public including:
