We are recruiting for an awesome Operations Manager to oversee our complex care packages across Shrewsbury, Telford, and Wolverhampton.
Based at our JAM HQ in Telford you’ll be a proven leader, an innovator and someone who gets things done. Part of your role will be to support your Team Leaders, Clients and their loved ones in the Clients’ homes. You’ll also manage the Head Office Rostering/ Planning Team, reporting to Clare, our Registered Manager & Operations Director.
