We are launching our new HR System in January 2023 called People HR.
What is it?
Designed to take advantage of new technology and invest in our employees, our new platform, built for small but growing businesses can support with time and attendance management, recording all HR data as well as giving our staff the ability to self-serve through the mobile app.
What are the benefits to me?
Able to log all holiday requests, and track acceptance and status
Recording all other absences, sickness, compassionate etc.
Keeping your contact details up to date
Access to your own registration and training records
Managers can record and store appraisal records
A handy mobile app with notifications for important information
What do I do next?
For now, you don’t need to do anything, we are working to ensure your data is all correctly updated on our new system. At the beginning of January we will send you a link to log on and create your account.

We will also be on hand from the beginning to support your set-up and initial use of People HR.
As we embark on our growth strategy for the New Year this is just the first of some exciting investments we are making in our people, and further announcements will be made in due course.
