JAM CARE - Why work for us?
Why choose JAM CARE for complex care?
Message from Founder & CEO - James Nichols
JAM CARE started life as just an idea in 2018. Having seen family members and close friends struggle to get access to great care, I was confident there must be a better way. So I spent the next 24 months finding out what the challenges were, and how we could do things better. I also spent time with two of the UK's largest home care providers and their clients. Then in 2020 JAM CARE was born.

Careers at JAM
We are always looking for great people to join JAM.
We look for people who want to join JAM for a career, not just a job.
In our experience, the best care and support comes from people who really know their clients and their loved ones. Those colleagues who can walk into a room and know immediately whether the client has had a good night or a bad night... they know just how they like their tea (or coffee)....they know when they want to chat, and when they just want some time alone... and this only comes when the care team really know the client. So to achieve this we look for colleagues who want a career at JAM, and who want to grow and develop with JAM.
At JAM we know this as a two-way street. To be able to secure colleague loyalty and commitment, we need to provide an environment that makes you (our colleagues) want to be part of the brilliant work we do - and want to be part of helping us to build the UK's leading Complex Care provider.
At JAM CARE we look after you, we support you and we give you opportunities. You are our most precious asset!
Like we said, its a two-way street, so in return we need the following from you:
-
You work hard
-
You are reliable and dependable
-
Lastly, and most importantly, you care...
If this is you, then we'd love to hear from you.
